You’re invited to the People’s Market at the Downtown Rockwood Market Hall!
This weekly market will offer fresh vegetables and fruits grown by farmers who represent the many cultures in our community, at a convenient location in the heart of Rockwood. The People’s Market welcomes shoppers with SNAP, Double-Up Bucks, cash or debit/credit cards.
In addition, each week Wallace will offer $25 coupons for the market to patients who reply “yes” to our invitation text message. Coupons are first-come, first-served so reply quickly!

Every Sunday, from 1pm – 5pm.
Where is the market?
The Downtown Rockwood Market Hall, located at 458 SE 185th, Portland, OR 97233.
What will I find at the market?
You’ll be able to buy fresh produce from local farmers. In addition, you’ll find vendors offering ready-to-eat foods, as well as arts and crafts.
Guests and musicians will provide entertainment for all ages.
What are my payment options at the market?
Collect tokens when you arrive, using your choice of SNAP (Oregon Trail cards), your Wallace $25 coupon, or cash.
How can I get a $25 coupon to the market from Wallace?
Check your phone for our invitation text. Wallace will text you with the information you need to receive your coupon.
Once you have your coupon, you can redeem it at the market by visiting the Manager Table.
May I save tokens I don’t spend for another visit?
Yes. If you don’t use all of your tokens, keep them safe and bring them back another week.
What can I buy with my tokens?
Token can be used to purchase fresh produce and food products such as bakery goods, meats, cheeses, etc.
They cannot be used to purchase prepared meals or non-edible items.
