The COVID-19 vaccine is available at Wallace! Our vaccine clinic offers vaccines to any one 6 months and older. Wallace will be administering Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. If you would like to book your vaccination appointment in advance, you can do this by calling us at 503-489-1760. Because we are short staffed, we are encouraging all patients to combine their vaccination appointments with their other medical appointments. Sole vaccination appointments will not be prioritized.  If you need to get vaccinated but cannot schedule an appointment with us, you can book an appointment at any of your local pharmacies or check our social media pages for postings about local community vaccination events.

    We will be offering COVID-19 vaccination appointments from Monday – Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. on the 4th floor of our clinic. For these appointments you will need to call ahead and book an appointment before coming in. If you would like to book a vaccination appointment, please call us at 503-489-1760

Before you arrive at our clinic, here is what you need to know:

  • Stay home if you feel sick

    If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or are otherwise not feeling well, please stay home. Contact us at 503-489-1760 to see about receiving a COVID-19 test.

  • Remember to wear a mask

    When you get a vaccine, you will need to wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth.

FAQ About Getting the Vaccine

The CDC is recommending a second booster vaccination if it has been 4+ months since your first booster and if you are:

People ages 18 through 49 years who got a Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine for both their primary dose and booster can choose to get a 2nd booster of either Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at least 4 months after their 1st booster.

On 6/7/22, the FDA authorized Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine and the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine use in children down to 6 months of age. Wallace now offers the Moderna vaccine for children ages 6 months and older.

  • Please call 503-489-1760 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are held on the 4th floor of our Rockwood Clinic and are available every Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Our vaccine clinic makes it easier than ever to get your vaccine. Anyone age 5+ can come to our clinic and receive a vaccine.

There is no cost for the vaccine. The COVID-19 vaccine is free for everyone who wants it.

Yes, you do need an appointment!

We do not require an ID or any documentation for you to receive your vaccine shot at our clinic.

Wallace is offering the Pfizer vaccine at our drive-thru clinic. The Pfizer vaccine is safe, effective, and approved by the CDC for ages 5 and up.

Receiving the COVID-19 vaccine is the best way to avoid catching and spreading the COVID-19 virus. The vaccine is also recommended for those who have already caught COVID-19

Pfizer has recently been approved by FDA for use in children ages 5-11. 

You are eligible to get a booster shot if  you are 18+ and it has been at least 6 months or longer since you have received your second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine. If you received Johnson & Johnson, and it has been at least 2 months, you can get a booster shot.
